Welcome to the Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences at Texas Christian University.
It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the Marilyn and Morgan Davies Dean of Harris College. From my very first interactions with TCU, I was inspired by the university's unwavering commitment to excellence, its student-centered culture and its bold vision articulated through LEAD ON: Values in Action™. Those values closely align with my own belief in the transformative power of health sciences education to improve lives, strengthen communities and prepare leaders for a rapidly changing world.
At Harris College, our vision is to be a national leader in health sciences education, research, clinical innovation and student success. We are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences that prepare graduates to meet the evolving needs of today's healthcare workforce while advancing the future of patient care through discovery, collaboration and service.
Our students are at the center of everything we do. Through innovative academic programs, interprofessional learning, research opportunities and hands-on clinical experiences, students develop the knowledge, skills and compassion needed to lead across healthcare professions. Guided by accomplished faculty and supported by dedicated staff, they graduate ready to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities locally and around the world.
